Delivery Information

Once your photoshoot package is complete, your order will be ready for pick-up or delivery.

Delivery Method 1: pick-up from studio

Picking up your completed photo package from our studio is the safest and most recommended method. You don't have to worry about mail carriers mishandling your package, including crushing or bending it. You don't have to worry about your photo package not arriving on time or not arriving at all. You can rest easy knowing your photo package will only ever go from our hands to yours.

Please keep in mind all visits to the studio are by appointment only, so you'll need to schedule a pick-up date and time.

Delivery Method 2: shipped to you

We'll ship your completed photoshoot package to you if this option is more convenient.

Photoshoot packages that only include CD's or DVD's and do not include prints or photo merchandise are shipped using USPS First Class Mail, unless another shipping method is requested.

All other photoshoot packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which will get it to your doorstep in just 1 to 3 days from the time we drop off your package at the post office. We include delivery confirmation and insurance on all Priority Mail packages.

Everything we ship is packed to the best of our ability and mark all envelopes with warnings to the carrier to handle with care. Keep in mind that after we drop off your package at our post office we no longer are responsible for your package. If something would happen to it, we'll do our best to find out where it is.

Keep in mind that shipping your completed photo package can be just as safe as picking it up, so please do not get too discouraged at all the things that could go wrong.

Shipping & Handling Prices:

  • CD only photo packages: $2.00

  • All other packages: $10.00

  • If you order additional prints and/or photo merchandise, additional shipping fees may apply.

Additional Shipping info:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package before you open it. This will be very important when making a claim with the post office.

  • Just because the package on the outside may be damaged doesn't mean the inside contents are damaged too.

  • If the items inside are unharmed, then disregard the damaged package photo. If the contents inside are damaged, please take photos of them upon opening your package, then contact us. You'll be instructed to email your photos to us. Then we'll call the post office to make your claim and do all phone and email correspondence with them. However, if they need to see the package or contents in person, you'll be required to bring them to your local post office.

  • Without photos of the package and package contents, we can't make a damaged goods claim for you. You'll have to make the claim yourself at the post office (you can bring the package and contents to them in person).

  • After a claim has been made, the post office will let us know how they will proceed. The most likely outcome will be the post office refunding the value amount that was insured. In which case, once we've received their refund we'll re-make your image CD's/DVD's, any prints and photo merchandise. Then we will re-ship it to you ASAP or you can choose to pick it up in person.

  • If your package does not arrive at all, please let us know. If the delivery confirmation claims the package was delivered, you'll need to check all points of delivery: alternate entrances like back doors, garage door, neighbors house, apartment/condo complex offices, and odd places your mail carrier may leave your package (I've had someone's mail carrier leave it in their car). The next step is to contact your local post office to see if they have your package there. If it's nowhere to be found, the next step is filing a claim. We'll do our best to help you with this!!
