Deposit Terms & Conditions

By paying for your deposit online, in person, or by phone, you agree to the Deposit Terms & Conditions, which are as follows:

• Your deposit is non-refundable. It will secure your photoshoot appointment date and time.

• Your deposit will apply towards the remaining balance due.

• You should pay your deposit within 48 hours upon scheduling your appointment, unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon.

• If you need to re-schedule your photoshoot you should do so as soon as possible. As long as we have advanced notice that you need to reschedule your deposit will apply towards a future photoshoot appointment. Advanced notice is considered at least 3 to 5 days notice.

• If you are a no-show or cancel without advanced notice (3 to 5 days) your deposit will be forfeited. We do understand emergency situations can arise and will work with you when applicable.

• If you decide you no longer wish to have a photoshoot with us you can cancel at anytime, however, your deposit remains non-refundable. You can transfer your deposit to a friend or family member (They will have one year from your original photoshoot appointment to use your deposit credit. If they do not use it within one year your deposit will be forfeited).

• You must be 18 years of age or older to have a photoshoot with us. If you show up for your appointment and are not 18 years of age or older, your photoshoot will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

• A complete list of our photography policies should be read before booking with us so you are informed about our re-schedule, cancellation, make-up artist, and late policies.
