Shopping Policies

If shopping in the Thrift Shop, please review our Thrift Shop policies.

ORDERING - Orders may be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days per week - except for the rare occasion we are doing site maintenance or are closed for vacation. We only accept orders online and at the studio. No orders will be taken by phone. Orders begin processing within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind we reserve the right to delay order processing for any order that lists a shipping address different from the billing address. We may require verification and approval from the card holder (by calling the phone number on file with the credit card company). This is for your safety and protection, as well as ours. During the holiday season, please allow additional time for order processing. If you need help placing your order online, please contact our studio for assistance.

ORDERING FOR YOUR PHOTOSHOOT - If ordering items to use at your photoshoot, it is recommended to purchase your items at least three to four weeks in advance to avoid any shipping delays that could occur.

SHIPPING - We only ship to addresses within the United States, and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Shipping methods and rates vary depending on the vendor of the product. We do not stock any of the items on our website. All items are shipped directly from the vendor to you.  Please review the "Vendor Information" on each product page to view shipping details specific to that product. Tracking numbers are provided if applicable. If your package does not arrive within two weeks from the purchase date, please contact us and we will investigate further. If an item is back ordered, you will be notified immediately with an estimated delivery date and from there you will have the option to be refunded or wait for the item to come back in stock.

RETURNS: lingerie and shoes - Due to the nature of these items, there are no returns allowed on any item in "Lingerie World" or in "Shoes". Those items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, or for any other reason. Please review the vendor size charts and select your size carefully prior to ordering. If you receive an item and it arrives defective or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your package.

RETURNS: other items - Returns and/or exchanges are allowed on items in the following categories: "Girl Shop", "Love", "Party", "Wedding", "Baby", or "Seasons". Please review the "Vendor Information" on each product page to view shipping details specific to that product. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required to return or exchange any items. Please email us to inquire about returning an item you purchased. You'll be issued an RA# and emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA). The RMA must be included with your items when making your return. The RA# must be listed on the outside of the delivery box so we can identify the return. Any returns without an RA# listed on the outside of the box may be returned to sender. All returns or exchanges must be sent to us and not the vendor. Our vendors will not accept returns or exchanges directly from our customers. We do not reimburse shipping or handling charges. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

BULK DISCOUNTS - For all items in the following categories: "Girl Shop", "Love", "Party", "Wedding", "Baby", or "Seasons", we give bulk discounts when ordering in large quantities. Please email us with the item and how many you need to see if a bulk discount applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY - We do not allow cancellations on any order once processing has started. Most orders begin processing within 24 hours. Please review the contents of your order, size and/or color selections, and payment method prior to placing your order with us.

PAYMENTS - We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and PayPal. When paying by credit card, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will be verified for correct billing information. Sorry, no checks.

DISCOUNTS - Discounts are defined as any one of the following: gift certificates, coupons, and other special offers or promotions. There is a limit to one discount per order.  Discounts do not apply towards tax or shipping costs. Discounts have a unique combination of numbers and/or letters. An attempt to re-use the same code will not work, as they are set for a one-time use. Some discounts are set for multiple uses, such as those advertised on our website or through our newsletters. We are not responsible for lost or stolen discounts. Discounts may not be redeemed for cash.

PRODUCT PRICING AND WEBSITE MISTAKES - Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not price match. Occasionally there may be a pricing error. We are not required to honor any pricing error that may appear on our website. If you place an order with a pricing error (example: if your product shows $0.00 in your shopping cart), your order will be cancelled.

SALES TAX - By law we are required to charge sales tax to residents in the state of Virginia.
