Photography Policies

APPOINTMENT BOOKING SCHEDULE

MONDAY: 9:15am (for select photoshoot packages only) - or scheduled as early as 2:00pm

TUESDAY: Scheduled as early as 2:00pm

WEDNESDAY: 9:15am (for select photoshoot packages only) - or scheduled as early as 2:00pm

THURSDAY: Scheduled as early as 2:00pm

FRIDAY: 9:15am (for select photoshoot packages only) - or scheduled as early as 2:00pm

SATURDAY and SUNDAY: Scheduled as early as 10:00am (no evening appointments on Saturday or Sunday)

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PHOTOSHOOT

BY EMAIL: This is the easiest way to book your photoshoot appointment. Just email us with the photoshoot package you're interested in and the date/time you prefer to come in. We'll get back in touch with you, usually within 24 hours or less. Send your email to photo@valentinephotostudio.com

BY PHONE: Give us a call during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm). We're not always by our phone so be prepared to leave a voicemail with your name, number and best time to call you back. Please call 571.246.1826 and we'll get back in touch with you during business hours (same day or the next business day). Please remember to tell us if we can leave a message with you or not (incase when we call you back we get your voicemail). We do not want to ruin any surprise you may have planned with your photoshoot, so again, please make sure you tell us if we should not leave a message on your phone.

IN STUDIO: If you would like to visit the studio prior to booking your photoshoot appointment, read our Tester Parties page. You can schedule your own Tester Party to check out the studio and receive more information. There is an even a Tester Party option that includes a mini-photoshoot. Please remember that all visits to the studio are by appointment only.

BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photoshoot appointment. Our deposit is $50 no matter which photoshoot package you book. The deposit applies towards your remaining balance due. If you need to re-schedule your appointment your deposit will apply towards another photoshoot appointment as long as we have notice of your re-scheduling needs. Please read our deposit terms & conditions prior to paying your deposit.

RE-SCHEDULE POLICY

If you need to re-schedule your photoshoot please contact us as soon as possible. Your deposit will be applied towards a future photoshoot appointment as long as you give us advanced notice. Advanced notice means contacting us at least 3 to 5 days prior to your scheduled photoshoot appointment. In the event you are unable to make it to your photoshoot due to an emergency situation please let us know; we understand emergencies happen.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your photoshoot at anytime, however, your deposit remains non-refundable. You can transfer your deposit to a friend or family member if you wish (they will have one year from your original scheduled photoshoot date to use your deposit credit).

LATE POLICY

If you are running late to your photoshoot appointment please give us a call to notify us that you'll be late. Normally it's not an issue if you're running late, but if you're going to be really late we may need to re-schedule your appointment.

MAKE-UP ARTIST POLICY

IF WE CAN'T MAKE IT

In the  very rare circumstance that we cannot make it to your photoshoot appointment (such as a medical emergency or death in the family) you will be notified as soon as possible. Arrangements will be made to re-schedule you as quickly as possible. We will only cancel your photoshoot if there is a real and true emergency situation. We will always be there for your photoshoot appointment, even if we're sick (except the flu.. that's something we can't work through). If we need to re-schedule your photoshoot due to us being unavailable, we will make it up to you by giving you a bonus offer (such as an extra look free, money off, more prints, etc.).

RETURN POLICY

Your photoshoot package (which includes the photoshoot and any retouched images, prints, or photo merchandise included), is considered final sale and no refunds will be issued. However, we stand behind our photography 100%!! If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason please contact us right away. We will do our best to resolve the situation.

In some cases a re-shoot may be scheduled, which is rescheduled at the sole discretion of the photographer. Please keep in mind we do not issue re-shoots because you were bloated the day of your photoshoot, you've changed your hair style, you didn't like your facial expressions, you want to use a different outfit, you've had your boobs done, etc. We will only schedule a re-shoot if we feel the photography was not up to our standards or we feel a re-shoot will better the photo sets in question.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your images will never be used on our website, in our studio, or anywhere else without your permission. Any photo we use (online, at the studio or in any other way) is always used with the clients written permission.

Your personal information will always remain private and confidential. We fully understand that some clients want to remain anonymous due to their job or personal life.

All images are property of Valentine Photography Studio and are not to be used for any reason whatsoever - which would violate copyright laws. All information on this website may not be used for any reason without written permission from Valentine Photography Studio.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our office is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Emails and phone calls will be returned during office hours.

Visits to the studio are by appointment only and can be scheduled during our regular photoshoot appointment booking times.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Valentine Photography Studio strives to be one of the best all-female photography studios around. In order to achieve that goal, we have ten "commandments" we choose to follow:

  1. Our clients always come first, and we promise to always treat them with the great respect they deserve.

  2. Our studio will always cater to women only, with a "no men allowed" rule.

  3. Our studio will always be run by women and have an all-female staff.

  4. We promise to always provide our clients with a fun, professional, comfortable, private, and safe location when they are at our studio.

  5. Our studio will always be dedicated to glamour, boudoir and pin-up photography styles (which includes bridal and maternity boudoir). Those are the styles we love doing and what our clients will benefit most from.

  6. We'll go above and beyond what is expected of us whenever possible.

  7. We aim to produce creative, sexy, flirty, and fun images our clients will be proud of, all while allowing the client to express their personality and style in their images.

  8. We promise to always keep the studio fresh - meaning we'll add new photo set options whenever possible. This will allow repeat clients to have a whole new set of looks to choose from each time they have a photoshoot with us.

  9. We will always work hard to deliver our clients order in a timely manner, without taking short cuts to get the job done faster.

  10. We strive to satisfy every client and their wishes, and hope to build a strong client-photographer relationship.
