Pay Your Booking Fee

Client's that have scheduled their photoshoot with us should pay their booking fee by following the instructions below. Please read over everything!

If you have not yet scheduled your photoshoot, please contact us to do so!

1. Read over the booking fee terms & conditions: Booking Fee Terms & Conditions and read over our photography policies.

2. Select your options from below and click on the button that says "Add To Cart" next to each option you wish to ad. You're only required to pay for your booking fee at this time and can come back at a later date to pay the booking fee for a make-up artist/hair stylist if you decide later you want to have one.

3. Pay for your booking fee and other options you selected by going through the checkout process (click on "your shopping cart" on the left side of the page from the menu options if you are not in your shopping cart already). We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal as forms of online payment.

4. Your "shipping address" will be the address we send your Prep Packet to. Please make sure this is the address you want the Prep Packet to be sent to. Please click here for details on your Prep Packet and Pre-Photoshoot Consultation.

5. After you've paid your booking fee, you will receive an automated email from us thanking you for your order. Keep that email for your records and wait for a second email from the photographer. If you did not receive the automated email after paying your booking fee, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not in there, your payment most likely did not go through successfully. Please call or email us to find out the status on your payment.

6. The photographer will email you within 1 to 2 business days from date of payment to confirm your booking fee has been paid, your prep packet has been mailed out (or is ready to mail out), and re-confirm your photoshoot date & time. The email will come from photo@valentinephotostudio.com

7. If you prefer to have the photographer call you back instead of sending an email, please mention so in the comment box during checkout.

8. By paying your booking fee, you agree to our Booking Fee Terms & Conditions and our photography policies.

Promotional Offers & Photoshoot Specials:

A few times a year we may have promotional offers and photoshoot specials. Most times you have to pay for these special offers in full when booking your photoshoot. When we have promotional offers and photoshoot specials, we will create a space below for you to purchase them with.
